How to create 1000 student impact with your signature course

One of the first things I did after joining Jen Casey’s Mastermind was a breathwork session. Now, I don't know if you've ever done breathwork, or even know what that is, but it's this process of breathing that puts you into a meditative state.
I’d had lots of opportunities to try breathwork in the past but it completely freaked me out. One, because I'm kind of a control freak. And two, because I don't like doing things that may make my body do things I'm not in control of. And one of the side effects of breathwork is it can make your hands cramp up kind of like a lobster.
So I decided to conquer my fear and really surrender to the practice of that. I did my very first breathwork session, and my hands totally cramped up like lobster claws, but I also had this really profound knowing come through to me; this question that I have not been able to get out of my mind since. Maybe you've had this happen when you're meditating, or you wake up and you have this thought in your head that just keeps repeating over and over and over again. And that thought for me was “What becomes possible when 1000 people go through your signature offer?” What systemically changes? What change happens in the world? What change happens in our industry? What change happens in their lives? In my life? What is the ripple effect of that? And it really helped me wrap my head around, like the impact that our businesses can have on the world.
Watching my own signature program approach the 1000 mark, I realized just how many course creators are not living up to that potential. Who really want to make that level of impact, but maybe don't know how, or don't have the systems in place, or don't have the belief system in place to make that possible.
We tend to really discount things like, “Oh, I only had 20 People join my program”, “I only had 20 people in this launch”. Well, in a classroom the average classroom size is like 20 to 25 people if you're lucky. And can you imagine trying to teach like 25 kids like it's a lot, right? I think its essential to really wrap your head around the volume of these numbers in person - it's much more of a massive impact that you're already making. But then think about amplifying that to 1000 students sitting in an amphitheater with 1000 people there to see you teach and the level of impact that you can create on their lives and on the lives of the people who are in their energy.
So going back to that initial question, “What starts to change when 1000 people go through your signature offer?” Thinking about your transformation, the change that you help people create with your offer, what problem gets solved for them individually? And then what ripple effect is created in their life, right when they solve this problem? What happens to the people that they see every day? If you are a more empowered version of yourself, how does that impact your kids? How does that impact your marriage? How does that impact your relationship with your friends and your family? How does it change the people around you? What future outcome is created as a result of the transformation they get inside your signature program? What trajectory does their life then go on? Because they went through your program and they have the transformation that you promised. This is such a beautiful thing to think about. Because I think, again, we get so caught up in the minutiae of like, the course creation when at the end of the day it’s about the people. And now I have one final question for you: What limiting beliefs are holding you back from creating this level of impact?
